Cookie policy
BaskıGATE uses no advertising or profiling cookies; your data is not shared with ad networks. Apart from the strictly necessary cookies there is only one measurement cookie, for visit statistics, and even that is written only if you give permission. No measurement tool runs inside the application itself — not on the screens after you sign in, and not on the approval screen your customer sees.
The full list of cookies in use
The list below is produced by scanning the cookies actually present on the site, and updates itself. A hand-written list would quietly become wrong the moment a tool was added.
If the list does not appear, open the declaration in a separate tab.
Briefly, what the necessary cookies do: the session cookie remembers who you are after you sign in, the security cookie (CSRF) stops forms being submitted in your name by forgery, and the "remember me" cookie is created only if you tick that box on the sign-in screen. Without these three you cannot sign in at all.
Visit statistics
Google Analytics 4 is used to see which of the public pages are being read. It runs only when you have given cookie consent; if you do not, no measurement cookie is written and no data is sent to Google.
The names and lifetimes of the cookies written are listed in the declaration above. What is stored is a random number, not your identity.
Ad personalisation and sharing data for advertising purposes are off even if you do consent; those settings are fixed on the server side. For Google's data processing terms see policies.google.com/privacy.
Your cookie preference
On these public pages the rizakayit.com service is used to collect and record your cookie preference. Until you state a preference, no non-essential cookie is written; measurement and advertising permissions are off by default. Your answer is stored in your browser so you are not asked again on later visits, and it is logged at the service provider.
You can change your preference at any time: click the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page. The icon stays on every public page; it does not disappear after you decide.
Links sent to customers
Your customer does not have to sign in to open an approval link; no identity cookie is written on those screens and no cookie preference is asked for — since no non-essential cookie is used, there is nothing to ask. When the link was opened and the IP address are stored server-side as part of the approval record — that is not a cookie, it is the core function of the service. For details see the privacy notice.
Fonts
On these public pages the fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, and your browser's IP address reaches Google while that happens. The application itself (the screens after you sign in, and the approval screen the customer sees) uses no external sources; its fonts come from your device.
Turning cookies off
You can block cookies in your browser settings; but without the session and security cookies you cannot sign in. The approval links sent to your customers are unaffected, because they need no cookies.
